Litigation lawyer (5 years and more)

Are you looking to practice boldly, think outside the box, cultivate rigor and share success as part of a team? AVENS Montreal is looking for a lawyer to join its civil and commercial litigation department.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of civil and commercial litigation files;
  • Follow up on file with clients;
  • Make representations in Court.

Job requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a recognized Quebec law school;
  • Be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
  • At least 5 years’ experience in civil litigation;
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken;
  • No clientele required.
