After more than seven years at the helm of AVENS, our Managing Director Nathalie Hauseux is retiring effective July 1, 2026. Nathalie joined AVENS right from its founding in May 2019. Since that day, she has brought great rigour and organization to our firm, all while keeping us focused on our goals. Thanks to her work, AVENS has been able to build solid foundations that we continue to rely on today.
Nathalie will be greatly missed. The whole team wants to thank her, from the bottom of our hearts, for these years of commitment, leadership, and dedication. We wish her all the best as she fully enjoys this new chapter, surrounded by those she loves. Thank you for everything, Nathalie.
We are delighted to announce that Caroline Dubé will be taking over as Managing Director. Many of you already know her well: as Executive Assistant, she has always been the person you can count on, the one who shows up the moment something needs fixing and finds a solution with a smile. Her reassuring presence and dedication to the team make her a natural choice for this new role.
