Marie-Philippe Bradette

Graduate from College O’Sullivan de Montréal, where she completed her studies in Paralegal Technology and received honors in recognition of her academics achievement, Marie-Philippe Bradette began her career as a corporate paralegal in the legal department of a global engineering and nuclear energy services organization. She later practiced corporate and transactional law in private practice before joining AVENS’ corporate and transactional law team in March 2025.

Passionate about corporate and transactional law, she contributes to various transactions and corporate mandates by assisting lawyers with the necessary due diligence and the drafting of legal documents suited to each legal service, all with the goal of achieving the best outcome for clients. She stands out for her rigor, adaptability and determination.
